Project Description: The Succhu Hydropower Project is an 18 MW run-of-the-river hydropower project located in Sangbaykha, Haa, Bhutan. It is a part of the first phase of small hydropower project initiated by Bhutan government to enhance energy security and stimulate economic growth in remote regions.

It is the first hydropower project to be executed by the company and is expected to be completed and commissioned in March 2025.

The scope of the project includes construction of the following:

1. 1.30 km tunnel

2. Intake structure

3. Powerhouse 

4. Laying GRP pipes
