Coinciding with the celebration of 18th Company Foundation Day, Vajra Residency was launched on 28 June 2023. It is an alternative delivery of design-build (D-B) system of construction to provide affordable housing to the interested individuals who are looking for modern and sustainable buildings to call home. We provide two types of options with three different plans to choose from. Both the Bungalow (Type I) and the Duplex (Type II) come in three plans: Zimchu Rab (Premium Plan); Zimchu Ding (Deluxe Plan); and Zimchu Thama (Standard Plan).
